Requires:Master's degree in behavioral health services
field of study with professional licensure at the LCSW-C or LCPC level plus three years of relevant group home experience (a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the required education/experience/licensure listed above). Must have comprehensive understanding of accreditation requirements,program planning and assessment, clinical program administration and staff scheduling/supervision.Work requires substantial interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and families, referrers, and a variety of internal and external contacts, market program to families and referrers, and direct small group home staff. Requires analytical skills sufficient to manage program resources, plan and execute program philosophy and standards, evaluated the quality of services, and resolve problems that arise. Work requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when preparing marketing/referrer plan, conducting group activities, gathering and analyzing program data, and completing required documentation, and frequently produces a high level of mental/visual fatigue and stress. Salary is determined by highest level of education completed/licensure/experience.
