The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for hotel guest room preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule; CFC certification required.
