need help finding automotive property in harford county/ baltimore county area - Baltimore

I got a friend, actually he's my neighbor. He is currently in a bad lease and needs to rent a shop for his automotive business. He would like to stay in Harford County/Baltimore County area of MD and rent necessary is around $500-1500 a month maybe even with an option to buy.
